Responsibilities and Duties

  • Construct Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for presentation Participate in research and presentation of new design proposals to clients or managers
  • Assisting interior designers, architects  in space planning and design details
  • Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models
  • Creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real – life objects using special rendering software
  • Enhancing images and adding special effects
  • Creating 3D walk-throughs and fly-throughs in artistic fields
  • Delivering Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to clients.
  • Great focus on details and thorough documentation
  • Performs drafting operations for the determination of project plans and collects data for Project designs.
  • Prepares Design Development drawings according to cad standards for Interior design Projects
  • Develops and drafts Interior design drawings and plans, generates correspondence for clients and managers
  • Maintains dynamic communication with contractors, clients, engineers and the general public for any architectural, engineering or construction issues
  • Performs fieldwork, documentation, research and drafting tasks of engineering data as requested by clients or managers
  • Performs regular computer software and AutoCAD maintenance, upgrading and troubleshooting
  • Maintains up to date working and technical knowledge of all procedural and improvement changes to computer hardware and software applications
  • Work well with other designers and co-workers to meet deadlines.
  • Solving Server related issues, Server software installation, maintaining and Wireless Network troubleshooting.
